‘The only ‘f’ word you can use in Plett is Fu.shi!’ laughed co-owner Noelle Bolton one morning over breakfast at the restaurant. We needed coffee: the power was down and we’d come to the restaurant for a fix (sensibly, it is well prepared for the idiosyncracies of the local power supply) but we landed up having a hilarious (and much more healthy) breakfast together.
